I've been experimenting with creating modules for Google Personalized Homepage. My first is a module for Birthday Reminders, but I plan to create another one for holiday reminders that reuses most of the Birthday Reminders code.

Birthday Reminders

Enter dates for your friends' birthdays and get a list of the ones that are coming up.

Before I implemented the Birthday Reminders Module, I made a mockup in HTML. It took a little bit of work to extract the CSS and HTML from the actual Personalized Homepage to create a genuine mockup, so feel free to download the mockup page and use it to design your own module.
